Delta Care Laboratory Reagents Factory

• Cleanroom / controlled rooms engineering (Class D) including humidity control to reach 20% RH where required. • HVAC installation for controlled rooms: 4 AHUs, with HEPA filtration as applicable. • BMS & EMS integration for monitoring and control of environmental parameters. • Cleanroom construction works: partition installation to establish cleanroom areas (EDA approval scope). • Cleanroom finishes: self-leveling flooring in production areas and warehouses; epoxy flooring/coating in filling halls. • Walkable suspended ceiling panels for controlled areas. • Utilities installation: compressed air distribution lines and steam lines across the controlled scope. • PW system: new RO unit with UV/polishing (as applicable) and treated water distribution loop (PW loop). • GMP & CAPA support to enable audit readiness and closure of observations. • Access control system and door interlock installation for lockers. • Approved engineering design aligned with Ministry requirements. Key Achievements / Deliverables • Delivered EDA-aligned controlled rooms (Class D) with stable environmental conditions and validated room segregation via partitions and interlocked access where required. • Achieved stable humidity control down to 20% RH, supporting process and product requirements. • Supported audit readiness through CAPA closure activities and a compliance-oriented engineering handover package. • Fast execution with coordinated HVAC, utilities, PW loop, and finishes to minimize disruption and accelerate commissioning.
